De vuurtoren (hun vroegere symbool) blijven ze hanteren ze concretiseerden hun waarden via de gekleurde bladen. Deze hebben een ander kleur volgens locatie. (geel: algemeen, rood: in de klas, paard: onderweg, groen: in de sporthal ...) en worden ook hier en daar uitgehangen op die locaties. Via slogans en afspraken (steeds positief geformuleerd vanuit de 'wij' vorm) worden op deze manier afspraken benoemd. De waarden werden gekozen door leerlingen, leerkrachten en ouders en geconcretiseerd door het SMT-team. Deze leerkrachten komen twee keer per maand samen om van elkaar (maar ook van mensen die ze uitnodigen van de universiteit) nieuwe methodieken te leren.
