School planning, assigning teachers to classes, manage school problems and activities.

2. ZEF: Can you share any interesting or challenging situations that you have experienced while at work?
Parents, the way they see things and understand them. When  younger students go to him, they state some funny complaints. For example, "I lost my wallet.", "That person took my pencil."

3. LIKAELLE: What skills do you need to be a good vice-principal?
To be able to communicate well, be accurate in providing information, etc. and make sure it is easy for people to understand.

4.KATHERINE: How  different has it been for the school after Mr Danny Poh, our ex-Principal left?
Just slight differences and matters being carried out through different styles. Generally, issues are quite similar but the important thing/focus is the students.
