         <description><![CDATA[<div>The tasks that where hard for me to do was to work a zipper and work a button. What made it hard was not having a thumb. For working a zipper I had to grasp it with my finger and try to pull it up. For the the button I had to put the shirt on my chest and do it. I felt when I did the task was like I could do nothing. The advantages with a thumb is to hold things to make it easier. </div>]]></description>
