I am a substitute for the full-time teachers at Harbor College Child Development Center and the parent resource specialist. I have my Bachelors degree in Chld Development but when my husband was sent to Mexico for a year and a half to gain his legal residency I wanted to help others in the same situation and decided to go back to school and get my Masters in Advocacy and Social Justice.
I’m excited about everything I’m learning. 
I had to take time off due to Covid and having a baby. After 2 years off when I decided to come back, my major was no longer offered so I switched to Human Development and am finally starting my Thesis.
