Leadership is valuing others' wants above your own, evoking motivation to act within those being lead, and simultaneously dealing with your struggles as well a those you are leading; being a good leader is hard. In the film The Muppets, Kermit was able to assemble his fellow muppets for one last show to save their theater by helping his friends realize what they wanted.  He did not hold them to a contract that they reluctantly would have to abide by, instead, he evoked a passion into his friends that expired them to act, making him a true leader and not just an authority. Attention the the issues of gun violence, racism, and police brutality radiated from Donald Glover's This is America, and with 714 million views it's clear that it got peoples' attentions. In another case, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis created Same Love: a song that drives home the point that love is love and those who have a different sexual preference than your own still have every right to love.
