  • Social Media has unrealistic body images that pressures women to look like them.
  • Cyber bullies are a big issue and sometimes cause suicide on all social media platforms.
  • Popular people have a big influence on younger users by how the act(parties,  alcohol, drugs, etc.).
  • How many likes a post gets and who likes a person’s post can positively or negatively impact that person.
  • If a friend posts about hanging out with their other friends and the person looking at the post wasn’t invited to hang out definitely impacts that person.

    • We can prevent these issues by being mindful of what pictures we post and what we say in the captions of our posts and in the comments, also making sure we aren’t making people upset or jealous about what we are posting and always being positive and kind to everyone wether we like them or not. 

    Both of us have had issues with friends and seeing that we weren’t invited to hang out with a group.
