I am single. I am from Bogotá. I am 44 years old. I am a marine. I am studying Political Science at UNAD. I live in Colombia and also Panamá. In my free time, I like to spent time with my girlfriend and watch movies at home.

The main touristics places were I live in Colombia are “Plaza de Bolivar” and “Parque Central Simón Bolivar” and in Panamá are “Panamá la vieja” and “El Casco Antiguo”.

In Colombia I always like to drink “jugo de lulo” and “té de coca”, In Panama one of the main typical dishes is “sancocho” but I rarely eat it.

The main ingridient for “jugo de lulo” is Lulo, coca leaf for “té de coca” and for the “sancocho” in Panama the main ingridient is a leaf that is very similar to cilantro call “culantro”, a vegetable call “ñame” and chicken, this is a very simple dish but with a distinctive flavor and is usually eaten after hangovers.

The main celebration in Colombia for me is Christmas, I usually like to visit Medellín to “el festival de las luces” because of the pretty christmas lights. In Panamá my favorite celebration event is “Días patrios” in november, first of all because I got those days off at work and second because those are 4 days off within the month of november.

In Colombia, there are a lot of touristic places to visit, of those I can mention Guatavita and the Salt catedral at Zipaquirá (an underground chruch). At Panamá I can mention “Volcán Barú” and “Kuna Yala”.
