The festival of the Candelaria is a festival in Puno.
People dance with colorful clothes, representing dances of Peru.
For example, in this picture: 
A woman wears short pink dress, with a pink and blue corset, wears a small pink hat with a pink and blue feather, wears silver necklace, blue bracelets and blue and pink boots.
The man wears a full yellow, black and green costume, a mask with yellow, orange and purple horns, a yellow trident and yellow boots with shiny details.

I love loose dresses, they are very comfortable and cute because of the designs. I like dresses with subtle designs and without designs in pastel colors. I don't like low-cut dresses, but I wear them for engagements, I wear black or lilac.
