I always do them on myself, my mom and my sister. I've made some for all different issues. My mom has really dry hair so ive made masks with coconut oil in them and eggs because those help with damaged hair. My sister likes hair growth masks so I make ones with castor oil in them. One of the most helpful products you can probably find in your pantry is apple cider vinegar. Below is an article explaining the benefits of it and how to use it.
