I see the importance of this in the way I will look at my work, the ecosystem and the larger picture; and "ownership" as a concept entirely.

Team: Keep re-orienting ourselves to the vision, the larger picture and the mission at hand, and orient our day-to-days toward that larger vision. To vbreal them down into little gragments that when coalesced, lead to teh latrger picture. Root teverything that is done in what is best for our students an threfore our Fellows, and approach each of this with a holistic, systems thinking apprach. 

System:To  integrate different fractions and domains into a coalesced unit - orienting each  of our individual inputs to feed into the larger work at hand. Thereby, coordination and transparency at all levels will be key.
