She goes from being a happy go lucky kind of girl with nothing bad coming her way all the way to the party, And how it affects her and she goes through a kind of bad transformation. The party has scarred her and she wont forget about it, Keep in mind during the duration of the book and movie she is supposed to be around the age 14-15. Text that supports her change is on page 152, The title is called ¨Growing Pains¨ and by this she means that she the pain from the scarring of that night is growing and making things worse for her. In her Art class her teacher tells her to make a tree, The tree she paints changes through the book and he replies t her artwork by saying ¨You are getting better at this, But its not enough. This looks like a tree but it is an average, ordinary, everyday, boring tree. Breathe life into it. These two things can happen to anyone in any way, Lets first talk about Transformation. What does Transformation mean?
