Water&nbsp; helps with absorption, digestion, the production of saliva, nutrients carry throughout the body, and regulating body temperature. Water also promotes weight loss. Water enriched such as: fruits, soup, vegetables, and beans, help to feel fuller promoting smaller portions. Drinking water will prevent you from having muscle fatigue, and it will help promote energy during exercise.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Water is made up of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. The hydrogen atoms are lighter than the oxygen atom. The hydrogen atoms&nbsp; are positively charged and the oxygen atom in negatively charged. The molecule in shaped in a V-form with the hydrogen atoms above the oxygen atom. Hydrogen and oxygen form a covalent bond. It is special because those two atoms put together have the ability to dissolve many things that go into our body. Also, when the atoms get together we have the exact liquid we need to survive. </div>]]></description>
