         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Sheikh of the goldsmiths in Makkah Al-Mukarramah started Ahmed Ibrahim Badr, may God have mercy on him, who made the door of the honorable Kaaba and the gutter out of pure gold, as well as the frame of the Black Stone.<br><br>&nbsp;Since his early childhood, he has been working in this profession, which he learned from his father, who was honored to manufacture the door of the Kaaba during the reign of King Abdulaziz, may God have mercy on him, as this honorable profession requires a lot of effort and accuracy.&nbsp; The quantity used in the manufacture of the door of gold is estimated at about (300) kilograms for the inner and outer doors.&nbsp; And it took a full year to manufacture the door.&nbsp; As for the gutter of the Kaaba and its internal columns, it took place in this prosperous era after the last architecture that took place, where the columns of the Kaaba were covered with gold, as well as the use of pure gold (24 carats) in the manufacture of the gutter, which worked from (25) kilos approximately, on which the date of manufacture was written, as well as the phrase (Oh&nbsp; Hayy Ya Qayyum) As for the frame of the Black Stone, it was made of pure silver and does not have any inscriptions on it.. The inscriptions on the door are Quranic verses, the two testimonies and the phrase (O live, Qayyum) and the wording of God Almighty and Muhammad, peace and blessings of God be upon him.<br><br>&nbsp;Ahmed bin Ibrahim bin Yusuf Badr was born.&nbsp; May God have mercy on him in Makkah al-Mukarramah in the year 1339 AH. He grew up in his father’s house “Sheikh Al-Sagha” in Makkah in the Al-Qushashieh neighborhood. He was known for his good manners and his love for people and the people’s love for him....&nbsp; To work with his father in the gold and silver industry...<br><br>Sheikh Ahmed Badr has been working since the beginning of his working life in the gold industry in the shop of his father Sheikh Ibrahim Badr - may God have mercy on him - which was in Al-Sagha Street in Al-Hajar Alley until this shop was removed within the expansion in 1409 AH.<br><br>&nbsp;Sheikh Ahmed Badr hails from the Badr family, which has the honor of having the presidency of goldsmiths among its members, father and grandfather, for more than half a century.&nbsp; King Abdulaziz commissioned Sheikh Mahmoud bin Yusuf Badr and Sheikh Ibrahim bin Yusuf Badr to manufacture the door of the Kaaba, which was installed in 1363 AH.&nbsp; On the twenty-second of Dhul-Qa'dah 1399 AH.&nbsp; The current door of the Kaaba was made by Sheikh Ahmed Badr, chief goldsmiths in Makkah, in a special workshop in Makkah, which was provided with all the technical and human capabilities.&nbsp; During the reign of King Khalid, may God have mercy on him, the current frame of the Black Stone was installed in the month of Ramadan in the year 1399 AH.<br><br>He passed away to God’s mercy, Sheikh Ahmed bin Ibrahim Badr, Sheikh of the goldsmiths in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. He prayed over his body in the Grand Mosque after the dawn prayer on Saturday, 11/18/1430 AH. He was buried in Al-Ma’alla Cemetery.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
