Class societies exist all over the globe in both industrialized and developing nations. It's there to see how much power and prestige a person has.  In Lord of the Flies, we see the self imported leaders Ralph, Jack, and Piggy all fight over the leader, and the little ones are the lower class while everyone else is middle. Their class system is based on education and occupation. based on the leader in each occupation such as the main leader Ralph, Jack in Hunting, and Piggy is a system leader. In a Hypohypothetcal situation, if the hunter had no leader it would end in chaos over the hunt and they might end up killing each other. These systems used to be a big thin back in the day and everyone went by them. A lot of people still use them, basically every business has it for there system to see who is the boss. I think that it is a good idea and that it has really helped changed the world as we know it. Throughout history, across the world, or maybe even on an elementary school playground. Social classes are just part of civilization there has always been some form of it. To me, it just seems fascinating how your place on the social ladder affects who you grow up to be. I am not completely sure why they are in place, maybe people wanted to know how high on the ladder they are and who they are above. I think that the social classes are acceptable and fine when someone isn't abusing them. I believe that social classes are okay, as long as people aren't using their power from the higher classes in a bad way. I history there have been many examples of those in higher classes abusing those in the lower class. I think that's less relevant today, and that's why social classes are acceptable. Most Social classes are based on wealth and occupation. However, in history there have been social classes in different ways. For example, in Lord of the Flies Ralph and Jack are the two leaders. Simon, Piggy, and Robert are in the middle. And the little ones are the lowest of the social class. The social classes in Lord of the Flies are based on attractiveness, popularity, and charisma.

Modern societies often don´t have rigid class structures, as even if your are born poor, you can become wealthy, though unlikely, this is a part of these systems. Older systems did not account for such things, and the peasants were rarely raised to a higher status. Newer economic systems are what caused the change between these class systems. Class systems exist because of scarcity, and economic disparity, which is simply a part of the human condition.

People tend to organize themselves into groups based on shared characteristics such as wealth, power, education, and social status. This class system is a way of organizing people based on their perceived value or worth within society. In the United States, the class system is often defined by income, occupation, and education. The upper class consists of people who have the most wealth, power, and influence in society. The middle class is made up of people who have a moderate income and education level. The lower class is made up of people who have the least amount of wealth and power in society. While the existence of a class system may be a natural tendency, it can lead to inequality and social stratification. Those in the upper class may have more access to opportunities and resources, while those in the lower class may face significant barriers to achieving success and upward mobility. But social classes are pretty much impossible to not create. So I feel the US has tackled this issue pretty well. It’s not perfect by any means. But compared to most countries the less fortunate in the US have more opportunities for those to rise themselves up.

All societies throughout time have had classes among themselves. In the United States it is easy to see that there are divisions among the upper, middle and lower classes. The upper class is made up of the wealthy people who don't seem to have to worry about as much as the other classes of people do. They drive nice cars, wear nice clothes, go on fancy vacations, have power and get the best education. The middle class are the average people who work hard and have the things that they need most of the time. The lower class people are the people who may not have a vehicle or a home and struggle to keep a job. There are obvious differences between classes, but it doesn't make it right that some people have to struggle so much more than other people. You can see in the book that there have been classes that have been created. Jack and Ralph are the upper class society. They have power and get to choose what is happening to the other boys. The middle sized kids are the middle class. They do most of the work and don't have a lot of say. The little ums are the lower class. They are mostly ignored and are just trying to survive by eating the food they find and can reach.
