For the development of this task we have chosen to discuss the question what would Aquinas thoughts be on religions such as Scientology?
 

Regarding this topic, we as a group consider that Aquinas would have thought the idea behind Scientology is not entirely incorrect. Aquinas would agree with the Church of Scientology now that reason is the path towards true knowledge, (semi colon)nevertheless (comma)he wouldn´t consider Scientology as a proper guidance towards the ultimate truth. We consider this, due to the fact (that)scientology focuses merely on the pursuit of knowledge without a godly component, leaving faith behind and completely abandoning the idea of a God.

Church did not interfere with Thomas Aquinas' philosophy due to the fact that he created a perfect blend between religion and classical philosophy, and his transition from the standard Middle Ages thoughts to a more modern approach was really smooth. As a result of (the curch's)church acceptance towards Aquinas's philosophy, Thomism ruled over the educational system of most North American Roman Catholic universities .

 If we thought as a person of the medieval era, which road would we take (colon : )the reason or by faith? 

If we were in the medieval era, we would think based on faith. Since, (no comma here)  the majority of the people that lives (lived) in that age were very ignorant, that could not argue against the things that the church and government impose (imposed) them. 
The answer needs more ellaboration so that you can practice the use of formal trasitions to connect ideas. (however, moreover, in brief, etc)

However, religion shouldn’t be imposed as an educational foundation. In addition, new knowledge should go hand in hand with personal experience and a complete educational process. Instead of religion, this may also be achieved through human interaction and the scientific study of human nature.

However, he definitely highlights reason and, taking into account the world he lived in,  it was almost impossible for him not to include Catholicism. However, nowadays religion isn't imposed by the authorities, and it is seen more as a personal decision. For this reason, we do believe Aquinas' ideas could be applied today, with everyone complementing reason with their own spiritual beliefs.

Thomas Aquinas thought that education was a way to approach the religious truth by reason, that was God's gift to humanity to prove his existence and to become "better people". Based on this ideal, Aquinas created a system that mixed Arstotle's (Aristotle's) method and scholastic views. In this educational institution, Thomas placed a hierarchical curriculum,(no comma) with religious and spiritual studies first, followed by the ones that cultivated rationality, and at the bottom, the ones related to livelihood.
Similarly, nowadays(comma)educational systems' organization is parallel to the one proposed by Aquinas; (no semi colon)due to the fact that it prioritize (prioritizes) a type of knowledge over the rest. However, religion is not (no longer) longer the top priority in the education system, (no comma)since social interests have turned into a much more rational view.

According to Aquinas, teaching is  “an act of love for humanity” by teachers, and in order to transmit knowledge to their students with facility; they should learn rhetorical and logical skills . In summary, their incentives would be to help humanity. Nevertheless, we are still curious to know what drives a teacher to their profession, is the satisfaction of transmitting knowledge enough? , or are there other aspects that make a teacher happy or content with their profession?

Catholic schools have lost importance in Colombia because our ethical values as a society have changed. Nowadays, people gain prestige through money,  not through the religious and ethical importance of the jobs they have. Therefore, parents and students prefer schools with curriculums that teach skills useful for finding high-paying jobs. Additionally, there is a higher demand for schools which place a higher importance on math, science, and other exact subjects. Therefore, the educational system creates schools with an emphasis on mathematics and other forms of quantitative, objective analysis. What would be the social position of a person who has developed reason but hasn’t believe in god (God) ? 

According to the social structure proposed by Thomas Aquinas, the religious charges would be ranked on the top of the pyramid; however, he believe (believed) the persons in this high religious charges should maintain a strong bond between theology and philosophy; (I suggest a period here) due to this belief, we consider that a person who has developed reason but doesn’t believe in god (God) would be discriminated and relegated to a mid-lower rank do to (due to?) his lack of believe (belief); in brief, a person who doesn’t believe in the Cristian god wouldn’t be allow (allowed)  to participated freely in the seek (search/pursue) of knowledge
