MANAGEMENT - Jarred finiger 
Apply the Ricer strategy which means Rest, Ice, compression elevates and referral. 
Apply ice on the area and apply a bandage for compression, advise sam not to continue to play, make sure she keeps her finger pointed up to the sky to stop the blood from making it swell more and refer sam to seeking a professional because there might be slight fracture found later on.
