IBM is a computer services company with 380,300 employees and has a revenue of 80.84 Billion. It is from the United States and the headquarters is in Arrmonk, NY. It has operations in over 170 countries.
Advantages: By outsourcing work to other countries IBM can save money, as well as providing jobs to workers in poor countries. Due to the demand for computers and technology, outsourcing would improve the host countries economy. This also means more access to computers and new innovations for the people in the country. With decreased prices for IBM they can innovate more and improve computers.
Wil and Simon
