         <description><![CDATA[<div>In fifth year I started my sports leaders course which I taught touch rugby to primary 5 &amp; 6 at my local school and taught basketball to the additional support needs pupils at my high school. This was a real eye opener as it helped me see the adaptations you need to make the lesson a success referring to the appropriate level of student you may have.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>my dream volunteering experience would volunteering in a coaching course with the Scottish fa as ever since I've been a young boy I've always dreamed of having a role in professional football and what better place to be apart if football than the fast paced Scottish game. I would just be admired of learning the different types of drills and team management the team would go through on a daily basis and the ways in which coaches get there athletes motivated to train and get game ready.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Maslow hierarchy differs from theory x and theory y as Maslows theory requires you to be motivated through your human needs such as safety and love whereas theory x &amp; y is very job dependant as your relying to be motivated by the success of your work or the management your under at your workplace. <br><br>the equity theory and the basic physiological theory differ as the equity theory follows the distribution of workload and making sure it is shared equally whereas the physiological theory relies on your human needs being met such as shelter, clothing , warmth and food &amp; drink in being able to motivated to complete work which shows that the disruption of workload does not matter in this case it can be shared as unequally as needed.</div>]]></description>

(Julio Martins &amp; Samuel honorio 2014)</h1><div><br>this article shows the reasons students aged 9-14 are motivated to perform sports and why they are not motivated to perform sports within education. <br><br>reasons students were motivated:<br>enjoyment<br>physical fitness<br>technical development <br><br>reasons for students being unmotivated:<br>lack of support <br>conditions were unsatisfactory<br>disinterest in physical effort <br><br> The comparative analysis shows that the variables influence, positively and negatively, in <strong>young</strong> in <strong>sport</strong> practice and non-practice.</div>]]></description>
