In my free time I participate in Yoga, weight lifting and I love to shop. I also love to travel. I currently am planning a trip to Japan for the end of next month. In the last few years we have traveled to Italy, London, Canada and several parts of the USA.

Whale Watching in Washington

This last fall I went to visit my best friend who recently moved to the PNW. Whale watching was always on my list, and I finally got to go. This was in the edmonds area of WA and this picture was taken a little farther north towards Bellingham and B.C.

This was cool to see, in Blaine WA. The other side of this sign is Canada, and the side I am on is the USA. My friend we were visiting, her spouse is in border patrol and took us to see this.

Tower Bridge- London

In fall of 2022, we went to London. This was taken on a river boat cruise, it was cool to see the bridge from this angle.

I am a friends superfan, in fact I proved this during a trivia game at the friends experience when they came to Michigan! I have been watching the show since I was a toddler.

Rome- Trevi Fountain

My first international trip in the summer of 2022 was to Italy, and there are no words to describe the Trevi fountain in person. Italy has become our most visited country so far.

In 2014, I was diagnosed with celiac disease. I have been an active member of the celiac disease foundation since 2018, and I wrote my ARP for my masters in 2021 on the mental health impacts that autoimmune and celiac disease can have on an individual. I also struggle with Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Venice- Gondala Ride

Bucket list item, my husband and I took a gondola ride in Venice last spring. Worth every penny. The guide was amazing and told us the history of the city.

I live in metro Detroit, about 45 minutes outside of downtown in a suburb, Wixom. I was born and raised in Michigan, and would like to move to another state someday to explore somewhere new but right now I love it here.
