With the new MOE initiatives, such as EdTech masterplan, we need to plan blended learning lessons, , execute and monitor our students' progress, and deal with all technical issues, thus, it can be time consuming. SOmetimes, teachers also need to explore and adapt to digital resources.

The increase in prep time could be due to the diverse materials that can be found and the teachers want to look for the best to meet the need of the learning needs.

For marking, we have moved on from 1 tick or cross to diagnostic marking as teachers study the mistake of the students to administer the appropriate strategies.
