She has a big temper when she gets mad. She also gets angry very easily and can’t really help it. Her life has changed recently because she had to move away from her mother in Raleighwho wont get out of bed and her father who is in the county jail. Jackie has gone to live with her friend while Charlie moves to Raleigh. At first she refused to believe that she was staying here for a long time even though she knew it was true. After taking her anger out on a few people including Aunt Bertha, she realized that she couldn’t change anything and she would just have to accept the fact that she’s staying in Raleigh.

The biggest change that I’ve ever faced was going through depression. You see the world at a totally different perspective, you feel like no one cares about you and you slowly feel like there’s nothing in this world for you anymore. This may not sound like a change for most people but it is to me. Once you enter depression the world is incredibly different. Everywhere you look you see negative things.
