The details of why she felt threatened were not mentioned or discovered but they were not justified. Jess then spoke to the officials on the plane to complain and see if they could remove those four Sikh individuals. This led to the airplane being evacuated and when everyone boarded the plan again those individuals were not on the plane. What really upset the public after the airplane incident was the video that Jess posted after where she came across as a bigot, and she laughed at the fact that those individuals where missing from the plane.
