         <description><![CDATA[<p>It has surprised me that lamb is a meat that it is used in countries of Middle East and Europe.</p><p><br/></p><p>There was one that looks like tacos de trompo.  Sandwiches with pita bread that looks like a flour tortilla. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In Ecuador, they eat cuy (guinea pig), a popular dish often served with mote (hominy). Mote is made by soaking and cooking dried corn with cal (quicklime). My mom used to make it in a huge pot over a wood-burning stove in a small hut she called her fábrica.</p>]]></description>
