Because Colombia is close to the Equator, there are only two seasons in a year; a rainy and a dry season. Mostly, Colombia has a tropical climate. The average temperature is between 75℉ and 88℉. This shows that Colombia has a diversity of people that can lead to trade. Due to the different climates, Colombia can produce a variety of products such as potatoes, sugarcane, bananas, wheat, coffee and barley. This can lead to an abundance of crops that can lead to trading. The drawbacks are over-flooding and landslides. This can lead to desruction to homes which can lead to a loss of crops and food

One of Colombia’s benefits is its tropical weather and landforms with due to its geographic possition near to the Equator. The drawbacks are the hot and rainy seasons with flooding and landslides because of its geographical positon.

As of the drawbacks, about 25% of the population is affected by rainy seasons. What makes Colombia a special country is its natural resources, climate, and landforms. Because Colombia has a lot of diversity. Therefore, its climates and landforms give Colombia the ability to grow different products and have very good natural resources.
