Dear Students,
I for sure had an incredible time with all of you. Each of you is unique in your own ways and it gave me a lot of information and helped me modify my ways of instruction. I've noticed how History has improved your thinking and I must say that you guys are budding judges presenting your arguments. But NGL, this comes with conscious and deliberate practice and definitely there is much more scope of improvement.
I'd really like to tell each of you to not sweat, but take things as it comes and remember for History, it is structure and how you use evidence to prove your point!!!!!

All the very best for the End of Year exams. Don't hesitate to put your bestest foot forward!

I studied Indian history till 8th grade and I wanted to study world history for a change. I was expecting overbearing work but even if it was a lot to some people Ms Judith really did a good job too keep the work load light on us and we can really see the effort you put in for us thank you mam for all that you have done, even when i ask a thousand doubts you always helped me,

1. I learnt how to write my answers according to Cambridge standards. Most of this came from History class and the constant practice done through different questions.

I also put into practice applying what I learn in History to current affairs and can analyze the possible outcome of recent global issues.

Lastly, I was also able to learn the importance of having multiple sources when doing History reading and looking at situations from a non-biased point of view.

2. I would Like to know some good books I could read on key Historical events.

3. I learnt how to have genuine group discussions about History and how to share my points formally and appropriately.

4. I enjoyed the History class and the various concepts I learnt from it. I also appreciate your quick response to any questions and for giving helpful feedback on how we can improve our work. Thank you for pushing us to do our best and keep going even when it seems difficult.

I eagerly wish to have you as our History teacher again.

My history journey

My journey with History was a very engaging learning experience. In IGCSE History, I learnt a lot of useful content which will help me further in my History studies. I learned to implement the Habits of Mind in my studies, which helped me to improvise the structure of my answers and make it more effective. We also had many small discussions on History topics, where all classmates shared their point of view. History has always been my favourite subject and having Judith ma'am as my teacher just made it better. I hope to continue the next session under your guidance. Thank you for helping me throughout the year. Thanks to all my classmates as well, for making the class very fun and interactive. Thank you everyone.

An amazing experience!

It was a great introduction to history, especially for me as this was the first time attempting the subject. Our Lectures were always informative and interactive, and thank you so much ma'am for clearing up all the doubts I had, and making us thorough with the exam paper formats. The main topics this year which we learned, ww1 and the usa, were extremely interesting to learn, and discussions were always open to anyone. Overall was a really great year!! i had so much fun with this class :))

Lods, I cannot pinpoint but there are many things I had no idea about and I learned more about them from my friends.

4. Something that you'd want to let me know (overall review)

History has been such a fun class, I really had fun. This is one of the rare times I actually enjoy learning. Thank you for teaching us, and the fact that you are doing it at such a late hour is truly amazing. I have started to improve a lot in History, because of you. Thank you once again !!
