         <description><![CDATA[<div>The sources I gathered here are a culmination of strategies to make education accessible to all students. There are sites that are user-friendly and visually appealing for students who are visual learners. There are sites for studying that support different ways of memorizing information. I also added a site for implementing Universal Design for Learning to help students who may not be on the same level as others; to implement equity.&nbsp;I also included strategies to help students become engaged in new concepts like the 3-2-1 strategy. Some sites are for visual learners, and others target auditory learners like podcasts.  <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The collection of strategies I chose for this section is a variety of technology-based behavior sites that parents have access to. It is also a visual and auditory response on whether the students get points for good or bad behavior. These behaviors are chosen by the teacher and are updated on the parent's app either on their phones or computers. I also added class management strategies like class jobs that engage and include students in taking care of the class and they are also rewarding. There are also ideas for classroom rules and consequences of violating those rules. This helps with class management because students understand what is expected of them. </div>]]></description>
