Slides: very simple (but effective).. Although the first slide should have bigger font. Try and keep consistency across slides. The slide about ‘The practice of’… had too much text. It’s difficult to read too much text and listen at the same time. Consider this in the future. =)

Towards the end of your presentation, I thought it could’ve been more fluid… the flow of the presentation wasn’t very good and it was difficult to keep the attention. Also, try and avoid reading the slides, especially if they have too much text.

Also, you need to be aware of the time. Try and practice your presentation so that you have a sense of how long it will take you to deliver it. 

Slide with discussion in progress: you showed it too fast and couldn’t see what it was about.
