In a week or two, I would include on Tuesday's PD, teachers to post on room walls what was done in class and student responses. I want to see 1) if teachers are taking what they learned into classrooms and 2) I want to know did students begin to get involved in their learning?

I created a spreadsheet for each ELD class where I include scores from ELPAC, SRI, iReady, grades, on demand assessments, ELPAC practice scores, BOY, MOY, EOY and conduct data chats with teachers and students at least twice per semester. I plan to conduct the data chats with students in a monthly basis including scores from common assessments and progress grades. I will continue to use data when planning PDSA cycles with teachers and planning for small group instruction.
