I believe I met this standard by knowing what to teach and how I can share it during my teaching approach. During my journey I have discovered that I have inspired children to grow more, I have used a lot extensive learning for the children in order for them to have a wide range of experiences within their interests.

Throughout this journey of mine, I have grown to learn a lot from theories like Piaget and Vygtosky. I choose Vygotsky as he talks a lot about language and culture, and Im all about that. His theories have guided me throughout these last 3 years to build up on building meaningful relationships with children staff and people along the way. I believe I have met this standard by all the referencing I have applied through out my work and also applying the right theorist towards a child's extend of interest and learning.

I have also researched about a Play Center Leader. Alex Grey whom had a passion for Play Centers and making sure our women were treasured in this field. I researched about him as I was interested in his theory of Play Centers and also his awesome effort of making sure our children's education came first.

I cannot agree more that I have strongly met this standard. Judging by the love I have for Tikanga Maori these past 3 years and I have grown to learn so much and speak Maori with greetings and saying my Pepeha.

As an educator I believe it is with great attitude to have commitment into facilitating children's learning. I believe in children taking risks, but into an extend of how they are in control of their own bodies. Children are capable and confident learners whom love to take risks and explore in their own way.

Graduating Teachers develop positive relationships with learners and the members of learning communities.
b. have the knowledge and dispositions to work effectively with colleagues,  parents/caregivers, families/whānau and communities.

It is important that as an educator we build fond and secured relationships with our staff, families and most importantly our children. Our families and whanau in the center are the most important people in our children's lives, for us to create a safe and belonging environment including extensive learning with the child, we need to secure our relationships with the whanau too.

I believe I have met this MIT graduate standard by being fair in my teachings. I view children fairly no matter what race they are and I concretely believe we are all one. I also adapt to being inclusive in my practice again, being inclusive to those whom have extra needs, to serve them and teach them like how I teach more advanced children too.

I believe I have met this MIT standard as I behave very professional inside and outside of the center. I have great knowledge of being professional and defining it in so many ways. I believe being professional is the key to teaching and a drop opener for children to want to learn from us. I view professionalism as respecting yourself first. I have responsibilities and I am aware that maintaining professional relationship with families and teachers is a vivid help for our learners to strive more.
