Measurable: I will write 15 minutes during weekdays and 1 hour on Saturday. 
Achievable: This is to improve my English writing in a creative way. That’s why I won’t set any words goals. I’ll focus only in create a good story and have fun.
Relevant:  Writing is my Achilles heel, it’s not the best, and as a future English teacher writing should be crucial.

Measurable: there are 50 adjectives, in one week I am going to cover 10 and I'm going to keep track of my process with a calendar. 

chievable: With the help of a document made by me I will be able to practice and at the same time make sentences that can help me clarify. 

Relevant: In the speaking skill it is difficult for me to identify which adjectives have ing and ed because I don't know the rules well. I can also practice the pronunciation of the adjectives. 

Timely: I will complete this step in 1 month

SPECIFIC:My goal is to improve my grammar and thus my speech in a more proper way, with the correct grammatical tenses.The reason why I want to do it is because I feel that it is not my strong point right now and in my career it will be one of the most important parts" I think".

MEASURABLE:The idea is to write one or two paragraphs at the end of the week about what happened during the week, what I can expect from next week and how I am feeling at that moment, in order to work on the grammatical tenses.

S ( Specific) -  My goal is to improve pronunciation and fluency to express better my ideas when I'm giving my opinion or even when I’m telling something to someone. I think it is important because it allows me to put in practice all the topics and grammar review in my process and I feel that it is not my strength right now. 

M (Measurable) - In this part I’m going to say how I will practice it. To start, I will learn a song per week to know the correct pronunciation of some words and netx I’m going to record an audio telling about my week, the things that I did, how the classes, etc. After recording the audio I will send it to a friend of mine.
 
A (Attainable) - As the last smart goal, to accomplish it  I will use my strengths. One of them is the kindness, It must use with myself to understand that it is a process and requires patience and effort. Indeed, I will use my spirituality for those moments when I can’t pronounce the words well to calm me down and try again without any problem.
 
R (Relevant) -It is relevant since it is part of my training in the language and It's important that at this point of my process I could be able to speak fluently with a good pronunciation.

Measurable: I will listen to at least one English song a day, in my notebook I will keep track of the contraction words I have identified and then compare them with the lyrics of the song. This means that I will dedicate approximately 10 to 15 minutes a day to my SMART goal.
Attainable: I will use one of my greatest character strengths which is judgment, thanks to this strength I will be able to be aware of my constancy and judge my process from different points of view to give me feedback and achieve my purpose.
Relevant: Improving my listening by focusing on contractions is of great importance for understanding the language and not confusing some words as often happens to me. Accomplishing this goal will be of great help in my learning process.

I want to write complete sentences using the participle clauses in the academic texts assigned by my teachers Juliana Diaz and Carlos Arias.

Specific: To practice the four rules of participle clauses ( Present participle clauses, Past participle clauses, Perfect participle clauses, and Participle clauses after conjunctions and prepositions) and later implementing better each one, in my academics texts.
Measurable: l aim to practice one rule per week, through practical exercises, that I can do on the British Council page.
Achievable: I will do six exercises each week, depending on the rule that I have selected to study.
Relevant: My dream is to write texts with an advanced level of English, and therefore, I know that I need to be clear about these participle clauses involved because these are a sample that a text is in that level.

I am going to download an application called tandem which is to talk to foreign people. This way I will be able to practice my speaking and writing with common conversations and people my age who are native speakers and can correct my mistakes, so that over time I will be able to have more fluent conversations. Also, I will watch series and movies in English to develop my accent better. I plan to talk to different people through the application at least 3 times a week. On the other hand, I plan to watch series and movies of my interest every time I want to invest my free time in it, this is at least 4 times a week.
Relevant
This is important because I think confidence is crucial when we are expressing ideas, and if I am not fluent, clear and confident when I speak, that will have consequences in all areas of my life, especially being a student of a career that involves completely English and that in the future that will be my job.

I will make a list of some connectors and words that I use the most and I will look for synonyms or other ways to express what I say but with other words, the ideal is to practice at least 2 days a week for an hour or an hour and a half.

Attainable:

I know I am good at memorizing when I observe things so I will use poster board and write the words in boxes so I can study with them.

Relevant:

It's important that at the moment of expressing there is coherence and that I don't fall into redundancy as I mentioned before, since this makes the other people who listen to me not understand what I want to say and everything is quite uncomfortable and confusing.
