1. Use videos, images, and examples to help students understand English content.

Example: Show a short documentary clip in English about sustainable film production (for example, using LED lights, reducing transport). Pause and ask: “What sustainable choices did the crew make?”

2. Introduce new words step by step and let students guess meaning from context.

Example: Introduce the term “green shooting” by showing two sets: one traditional, one eco-friendly. Ask: “What do you think ‘green shooting’ means?” or “Which production has less impact on the environment?”

3. Focus on communication, not perfect grammar. Help them speak with sentence starters.Example: During a task where students plan a sustainable video shoot, give them sentence frames with key industry vocabulary, such as:

. “This lighting setup is more sustainable because it uses LED panels.”

. “To reduce energy consumption, we could limit the use of high-wattage fixtures.”

. “We should reuse set materials or rent props instead of buying new ones.”

. “Using digital distribution instead of physical copies helps lower our carbon footprint.”

Then, let students brainstorm eco-friendly production strategies in small groups using these sentence starters and terms. The goal is fluency and ideas, not grammar perfection.
