I am most grateful for my team and my PMs! Going through big changes in personal life, their support means everything! We communicate well and collaborate well. Students enjoyed the lesson (as they said in TWCs) and hopefully they will continue to feel so. Cheers to us!

1) How I Feel: TA 2021-2022, saya merasa lebih baik dibandingkan TA sebelumnya karena jumlah tatap muka lebih banyak, bahkan bisa ada kelas party dan merasakan PYP X. Merasa cukup puas dengan kinerja karena murid-murid merasa senang dengan pelajaran yang diampuh saya, serta orang tua merasa terbantu dengan bimbingan dan saran saya untuk para murid. Merasa sedih dan excited sekaligus karena harus pindah dari Cilandak tapi pindah ke gedung yang lebih besar di Lebak Bulus.

2) Feeback for Cikal: Semoga Cikal (khususnya Cikal LB) semakin melibatkan guru sebelum memutuskan kesepakatan, semakin kompak satu sama lain leader-homeroom-konselor-librarian-PL-PIC-GA-IT-dll (semoga ada acara seru-seru yang melibatkan semua), semoga gedung LB semakin siap untuk belajar anak dan ramah anak.

3) Individual Plan: Focus on main job, more self reliant (make priority, discipline with schedule), keep everything well recorded, having more balance life.

1.) Tahun ini beraaaaaaaat, ngos2an, keputusan2 yg diambil sering tanpa kepastian (Kayak hubungan). Sering merasa burnout, kurang diapresiasi dan didengarkan.

2.) Semoga tahun depan situasi lebih kondusif, komunikasi juga lebih baik dengan berbagai pihak. Instruksi dan informasi lebih jelas lagi.

3.) Trying to give my best esp for the children tp at the same time juga mengkomunikasikan apapun yang aku rasakan. Dengan kata lain, tidak melulu berusaha memaklumi hal-hal yang seharusnya tidak jadi beban sendiri.

1. I am grateful for myself for being so strong and always sane, and of course for my partners & PMs.. without them I am nothing. :')

2. Students/parents said my team and I were perfect just the way we are. Tee hee. We did so well.

3. I will do my best again and again.

I am grateful to have a great teamwork.
I am happy knowing my students enjoy the learning and also help them to reach their potentials. Some feedback from parents mostly about the learning difficulties during online learning and able to help them with some strategies at home.
Feedback for Cikal, please be more empathy to teachers working hour and workloads. In my opinion last year academic setting is more beneficial for teachers and students.

What are you most grateful for?
I am grateful that I already tried my best and for having an amazing team for this academic year.

How was the feedback from students, fellow teachers, supervisors, and parents? What will you do after receiving the feedback? The students, fellow teachers and also the supervisors gave me so many meaningful feedback and also being supportive to us. For sure I will try to improve myself by using the feedback that I got.

What is the feedback to Cikal, to the learning leaders, to the system (be sure to make it specific)
- The new building: please make sure that it is already safe and comfortable for students, because during PTM few students and parents are pretty concerned about the safety of the school (stairs, windows and elevators).

I am most grateful about how I am able to form a warm and meaningful relationship with my students.

The feedback that I got from the students, fellow teachers, and parents are mostly about how they appreciate my fun learning-teaching approaches and my warm personality and how they hope in the near future, they are able to experience more fun learning.

I will try my best to improve myself based on the feedback, to deliver a better learning with better teaching method, and to form a better bond with my fellow co-workers.

How do you feel? break-down-an-entire-building, running-back-and-forth-from-jakarta-to-bandung kind of tired :)

What are you most grateful for? My students who have been cooperative, my partners who have been very helpful, my program manager who's been a force, my first time experience as a mentor

How was the feedback from students, fellow teachers, supervisors, and parents? They were mostly good. I've asked students to tell me what I could improve, and I'm so happy for their honest feedback! Means I still have room to grow.

What will you do after receiving the feedback? Improving myself and work on them, of course.

What is the feedback to Cikal, to the learning leaders, to the system? To whoever makes all the decisions, please, please see us as people. Allow us to set boundaries-- make sure we get to rest with our families on weekends and national holidays. To say that it's been a hectic year is a total understatement. Yes, we've grown as teachers. Yes, we've taken lessons to be learned, but only 1 super chaotic year please! One more thing, please try to inform things way ahead of times. Sometimes information are only received D-1 which was hard for the mental health.

Bersyukur karena akhirnya bisa kembali bertemu murid-murid dan mengajar di sekolah dan bisa melakukan moving up offline. Bersyukur juga karena punya team kerja yang luar biasa untuk melewati masa-masa yang berat ini.

Feedback:
Murid-murid dan orang tua senang karena bisa kembali bertatap muka di sekolah dengan guru-guru, merasa hidup mereka sedikit lebih ringan ketika offline, karena tidak lagi full menemani anak-anaknya belajar. Mostly anak-anak happy dengan gedung barunya.

1. I'm feeling overwhelmed over these past few months, yet felt relieved due to the great teamwork from fellow PLs, PM, and homeroom teachers along with the never ending love from the kids <3

2. Got diverse feedback from the students and other teachers about the lessons. Mostly positive, but surely there's always a room for improvement. Especially in making the students more engaged in the class discussion. For the next year, I plan to make sure all students voice to be heard more and make them more empower themselves in the classroom.

I feel overwhelmed with work but at the same time I'm sooo grateful for having the best teammates and PMs who always support each other and survive together. It was great, the kids enjoyed the learning process, we also meet on PTM more often.

For next year aca, I hope the schedule will be back to normal just like pre-pandemic, no more afternoon session except for extra/after school session.

wohoooo, finally reached the end of this academic year. I didn't know I would survive juggling with everything. A lot of things I did as my "first time" during the past year. Overwhelmed? yes ofc, yet found myself had fun and enjoyed, lol.
gratefully I have supportive environment, thanks to partners, teams, PMs, VPs and Principal (basically almost everyone in Cikal Lebak Bulus)
But hopefully next year, we're getting better with PL and HR duty arrangement, as the members are growing I believe Cikal will also grow a lot better.

1. I'm grateful to be in my team, the teamwork and solidarity is beyond my expectation. Also I feel comfortable experiencing the teaching and learning activities in Cikal, especially this is my first semester.
2. Students gave positive feedback so far since they enjoy the learning and activities they had in the classroom. Yet for most they asked for more games to be implemented in the teaching and learning activities.
3. I'll reflect on what I think it needs to be improved, especially to think about how to deliver the materials with games. And keep learning.

I feel this academic year is like a roller coaster ride. A lot of ups & downs, constant changes. Though, I'm grateful for CTM's resistance & teamwork.

Some students said my program was their comfort place. It's such heartwarming feedback. Hopefully, next year I'm able to recreate this kind of learning environment.

It would be better if leaders are more considerate of teacher's workload & environment before making changes/plans. For example, I think common space as a working space is not practical.

1. What i'm most grateful for was, that i met so many nice and supportive new friends, where they help, teach and accompany me through a lot of things. I'm also grateful for my PMs
2. Students are very happy with my presence, they wished that i would teach them again, but some students thinks that the lesson needs to be more interactive. My fellow teachers does gave me positive feedbacks too

3. i will of course have to upgrade my skills, the way i face new problems and of course learn from the feedbacks

4. I hope that Cikal would give me or us more step - by step to do list, especially when it comes to making the portfolio (even though i managed to solve it my self), more trainings to help me and my fellow new teachers to become better :D

1. This academic year was actually my first time teaching at school. When I first came in, I was nervous about a lot of things. Yet, I got a ton of support from many people in many areas, from PL and teaching partners to the Homeroom teachers and Program Managers, through teaching planning until the scoring and reporting session. Been enjoying the rides so far. Thank you, everyone!

2. A. Feedback from students:
They seemed to enjoy the activities that my partners and I execute in the class. Even though, some students still need extra guidance during their learning.

B. Feedback from PL partners & homeroom: They really do appreciate how I am always detailed and structured in everything that I did during the collaboration.

C. Feedback from parents in TWC: Parents seemed to appreciate how their children made some progress due to the extra class or one on one session that I made.

3. Action plan:
A. I need to explore and expand my classroom management and planning learning activities skills so I can be better in the next term.

B. Read more about cognitive and learning development in children on the level that I will teach.

What are you most grateful for:

I'm grateful that my family and I have been relatively healthy this year. I'm happy and thankful that I still have the chance to see the students, my fellow teachers, and the supervisors at school. I'm also grateful for the new experiences and new people I met, both online and offline.

How was the feedback from students, fellow teachers, supervisors, and parents?

Many students gave positive feedback as they were excited to be able to work together with me and their classmates in class. Teachers and parents have also commented on similar things as the students. Additionally, some students and parents added that they would like to receive more challenge/practice material (especially those in upper primary level)

What will you do after receiving the feedback?
For next year, I will need to improve myself first so that I can provide better support for the students and my fellow teachers

What is the feedback to Cikal, to the learning leaders, to the system (be sure to make it specific)?
Hopefully, class activities can be done more effectively, for example with the (online) system and the physical facilities at school

1. As a new Cikal Team Member, I'm humbled and grateful to join this big team, great leaders, great teamwork and great students. Being helped by Principal, PM, PM Sites, Academic Secretary, Homerooms and Fellow teachers and doing great collaboration for the first five months were awesome, bless your big and generous heart.
2. My heart just keeps thanking you and thanking for the feedbacks from students, fellow teachers, supervisors, and parents. They can appreciate our work as a team member and also my work as a newbie. I'm touched beyond words as a student form year 5 send me a warm notes in google chat during the last week of this academic year, as a new comer those words makes me stronger. I will continue to learn from all Cikal's team member and I will work harder and keep doing my best. And also learning more about personalized and differentiated learning, trying to be more organize and not being procrastinate.

I'm most grateful to my fellow program leaders for being such cooperative, supportive, and fun to work with partners. Gave me all warm and fuzzy feelings as always, even during this academic year. Thank you for that.

I sincerely hope that in the next academic year there'll be fewer unpleasant surprises, fewer sudden changes, clearer information flow, and more discussion before big decisions would be really nice.

In the next academic year, I'll keep doing my best just like everybody always does.
