Not feeling as mentally well as usual can make you avoid looking after yourself holistically, not just mentally and emotionally. It is important to make sure that you avoid this negative mindset which can continue spiralling into what can become a much more severe mental state. It is important that you support these around you and look for differences in their behaviour. Some ways that you can try to cope when experiencing early signs of a change in your mental state vary to the individual. However, exercise, keeping a healthy, balanced diet and talking are helpful coping mechanisms. After all, everyone deserves to feel good about themselves and feel positive. </div>]]></description>
