Creole language was on a verge of disappearing, as local's were enjoying of having the unique language, now they have understood the importance of the heritage, therefore they are valuing the importance of it and nowadays they are caring for it by teaching the new generation of Creole language. It requires real craftmanship to make, that only the locals know how. The family of Anna is such a family. Keep the tradition alive and pass it  to the next generation. It is worthwhile to visit their cassavarie to see first hand how it is produced and learn its story.
