There are a few things that would need to happen. First, upgrade the software to have thresholds in place that trigger an order if an item onhand gets to a comfortable number. When it's a new product that we are advertising, the threshold is higher. But you could also have a pre-sale of 'hot' items so those are available to pick up by special order. The second part, being able to manually order based on your location's trends. But limit this task to management so there is no over ordering to have on hand. And lastly, quarterly inventory of product to keep an accurate onhand in case of wrong shipments or theft.
