-Partner work is utilized to help students continue developing complex sentences and details.
-Dialogue chart to help students utilize a variety of verbiage
-This week works heavily with body paragraphs
Week 7:
-Utilizing previous week's writing piece to discuss and evaluate word choice
-Different choices on how to end the narrative
-Beginning the revision process: edit and peer edit utilizing narrative checklist

-Students then identify important parts of a narrative, determine whether a text is a narrative or not, evaluate narratives using the checklist, learn how to use a graphic organize to plan their writing, until they finally begin writing paragraphs from their organizer on day 5
-Things that remained the same: teacher modeling/guided instruction before the students practiced, choral reading, sharing of writing
