Climate change will of course have an impact, making food security even more important. There will be a need to look at how the land is managed and in different ways which require more people 'on site' and connected directly with the work. People may have more than one job, or the jobs themselves will require more ability to flex between roles. Technology will be more embedded, which will make it more important for us to understand the data they produce and how that can help us improve what we do.

Solving problems and getting a real sense of job satisfaction is the best part."

Scott, Fisheries Management
"The best part of my job has to be looking after clients and guests. Maybe people who have never visited the area before or possibly never even had a fishing rod in their hand.
