Around the classroom, by having whiteboard sheets pasted around the classroom, then we can write everywhere no matter for group work or to note the administrative matters at the back of class rather than on the front whiteboard.

Way to cover displays

Conveniently, e.g. curtains for the boards still left over after the refresh.

At present the display board at the back of the classroom facing the big display board is pretty redundant as students are unable to see the board at all unless they walk to the back. We should remove it.

Magnetic Whiteboards instead of display boards

So that we have multiple purposes and not just for displaying of students' work or class deco. The whiteboard can be use for student collaboration/ group work.

Not easy to display works

Student Lockers

I understand that the school used to have student lockers and it got removed possibly because the students did not practise responsibility then. I think having lockers, especially for classes that will need to "convert" into exam rooms will help a lot. We can also save cupboard space for their art materials or other more bulky items. We can do spot checks on lockers to ensure they don't misuse their lockers. Perhaps a "no worksheet" rule for lockers so they don't forget their homework.

Teacher table or the projector table needs to be moved to face the students. Please look into the wiring of the projector.

Can we structure the whiteboard to have the essentials such as homework for different subjects (currently board says LO for subjects), attendance, important announcements, group points (?), who left the classroom

One column closer to the teacher table for date, attendance and absentees.

One column far from teacher table for the WALT / concepts covered for the current lessons for easier visual

One column next to WALTS for class announcements / ad hoc information / homework column

It will be good to sectioned the whiteboard with specific headings, leaving the projection area free from writing.
