How can the phone company persuade the French that using a phone at a restaurant is acceptable if they want to grow their earnings in France?&nbsp;<br><br>Analyzing: When a cell phone rings while a group of people is present, the French tend to ignore it. If an emergency call comes in, will they still do this?<br><br>Evaluating: Which of the three different behaviors of picking up cell phones from France, England, or Spain do you frequently practice?<br><br>Creating: The Spanish will answer the phone and welcome everyone nearby to join the discussion, whereas the French will not do so when in a group of people.
