1. Active ha breath
Breath in arms up (fingers spread), breath out make a ha sound and bring your fists to your ribcage.
Repeat 10 times

2. Sighing breath
Breath in deeply and then as you sigh deeply, release the air from your mouth.
Repeat 3 times

3. Alternate breath
Sit in a cross- legged position on the floor. Place your hands on your knees.
Close your eyes
Take a deep breath in and lift your index fingers.
Breath out, lower your right index finger
Breath in, lift your right index finger
Breath out, lower your left index finger
Breath in lift your left index finger
Breath out, lower your right index finger
Breath in, lift your right index finger
Breath out, lower your left index finger
Breath in lift your left index finger
Breath out, lower your right index finger
Breath in, lift your right index finger
Breath out, lower your left index finger
Breath in lift your left index finger
Breath out, lower your right index finger
Breath in, lift your right index finger
Breath out, lower your left index finger
Breath in lift your left index finger

Breath out lower both of your fingers.
Take few breaths

2. See the rainbow
Sit in a crossed-legged position. Keep your eyes open, look around the room and notice all the red objects.
Next, notice all the orange objects.
Next, notice all the yellow objects.
Next, notice all the green objects.
Next, notice all the blue objects.
Finally, notice all the purple objects.

Sit back to back with a parent or a sibling.
Feel your breath tuning in to the breath of your partner and let the rhythm of your breath synchronize with your partner.
