The Escala Snack Bar then softly opened its doors to the residents of Brgy. Biasong on February 28, 2021. Its menu began with straightforward items such as burgers, hotdogs in buns, iced coffee, halo-halo, and iced tea. As the days passed, more products are introduced to the menu, including pearl shakes, premium pearl shakes, frappes, mais con yelo, additional iced coffee varieties, a larger range of burgers, and a mango float. These events culminated in the grand opening of Escala Snack Bar on April 18th, 2021. What distinguishes their products is that they are tailored to the tastes and preferences of the locals.
