I fear of burning out from trying to manage everything at once like staying focused at work and school, being present at home with family and staying connected with friends. With these, I am worried for losing time for myself which can affect my mental health. But on the other hand, these fears push me harder at managing time and remind me the importance of asking for help when I need it.
