AI has become a crucial part of modern education development. It enables teachers to create personalized lessons tailored to each student's needs, saving both time and effort. AI also supports students by providing interactive and accessible learning tools that capture their attention and enhance their understanding of subjects. Additionally, AI offers precise data that aids in continuously improving teaching methods, making the educational experience more effective and progressive for everyone involved.

• Understanding ecological literacy highlighted how crucial it is to link environmental awareness with social responsibility. Learning about the principles and global examples of ecoliteracy inspired me to consider how I can integrate these values into my teaching. By fostering ecoliteracy in my multilingual learners, I aim to help them become socially and environmentally conscious individuals. This session reminded me that as educators, we have a unique role in promoting sustainability and empowering students to care for our planet and society.

The part I loved most was the section on Teachers' Leadership Styles. For example:
