I learned the pros and cons of using technology in the classroom. Technology enhances the learning experience and gives students an unlimited amount of resources but it could also be a distraction when not used properly. Digital Citizenship stood out to me because I do not think people realize how important it is to teach students to be safe and responsible online. Social media caught my attention because when I was in middle and high school students were not allowed to get on social media during school and now many teachers are incorporating social media in their lessons. I feel like I met my expectations but I also realized it was hard to work ahead because there was some weeks were I had many assignments due or was working too many hours that I did not have time to work ahead.
