Peter Charles recalled most of his attack, and was able to state that the man that attacked him was 6'2 (188 cm) and built like a tank. He also stated that he was wearing blue jeans and joggers and a dark t-shirt on. John Fredrick who also works at Wattleup Primary School and was present during Peter's attack and had witnessed it as well. John states that the suspect was Wally IMABADDY and was sure of it because he went to high school with Wally. John claims that Wally owed his family company $5,000. He also stated that he saw Wally hitting Peter over the head with a "brown pipe or something like that." He also said that Wally is 6' (183) cm with a tall muscular build, and wearing blue jeans and white joggers, dark blue t-shirt with a Harley Davidson emblem on the front. Both John and Peter have accurate descriptions of how tall the suspect was and the build of the suspect as well. They also described the suspects accurate clothing that he was wearing. Although, Peter's description was quite different but that's only because he was taking repeatedly blows to the head. Wally stated that he had only punched Peter in the nose once and had gave him an ear full and then walked out of the school. Wally's statement does not seem very accurate, and seem's to be lying. He stated that Peter had jumped him and started screaming at him about being on school grounds because the school was closed. He then said that he defended himself by punching him just once. He believes that John was lying about Wally owing his family's company money and made no statement about where his clothes and shoes were that he was wearing on Wednesday, July 23rd, 2001. According to our findings and the victim and witnesses statements Peter had stated that the suspect had him in the corner left of the stove, and according to the scene of the crime there is blood on the stove from the multiple blows Peter was taking to the head. We then see the blood moving in a different direction across the floor, which Peter stated that he was being pulled across the floor because he knew he moved from the corner to being able to see the door to the outside veranda that was right in front of him. He also stated that the door was diagonally opposite to where he was first hit and the bloodstains show that he was pulled across the floor.
