         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p><strong>Identify the place value</strong> you want to round to (e.g., nearest whole number, nearest tenth, etc.).</p></li><li><p><strong>Look at the digit</strong> immediately to the right of the place value you’re rounding to:</p><ul><li><p>If this digit is <strong>5 or greater</strong>, round the target digit <strong>up</strong> by one.</p></li><li><p>If this digit is <strong>less than 5</strong>, keep the target digit the <strong>same</strong>.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Change all digits</strong> to the right of the target place value to <strong>zero</strong> (if rounding to a whole number) or <strong>drop them</strong> (if rounding to a decimal place).</p></li></ol>]]></description>
