I believe private letters and telephone calls should NOT be intercepted unless the person has a valid reason such as knowing about a telephone call about a planed terrorist attack or possibly an illegal over phone/letter trade. Yes parents should get a choice but at the same they kind of somewhat do because they get to decide whether or not their children should go to a public or private school based on their beliefs. There is honestly no point in deciding what "sort" of education your child should get because if everyone got that decision then there isn't any point of school. Might as well switch your child to being home-schooled. With education i believe we can stop poverty and people wouldn't take advantage of the world because knowing what happened in the past for example with Hitler it would educate the new generation so that they don't make the same mistake
