        1. The first new thing that I learned is that the most popular Halloween costume is Spiderman. But why Spiderman? Is it because of spiders? like why Spiderman?

          2. The second thing that a learned is that over 65% of people are going to participate in Halloween this year. And for the people that are participating this year are most likely going to spend more than 105 dollars. Everyone in total would be spending millions on Halloween. 
 
         3. the third thing that I learned is that a girl found out that someone was taring down this house that she really loved, so she bought the house and brought it to a empty area. But she got it there in a boat.

2 things I already knew

          1. The first thing that I already knew is that there is a new strand of the Coronavirus, called the delta variant. And that when it came out there were a lot more covid cases, this strand is also really contagious like chicken pox.

        2. The second thing that I already knew is that the number of positive covid test are going down. So that is something to be positive about not negative, but still wash your hands.

1 thing that is interesting to me

         1. One thing that is interesting to me is that a 65 year old woman is in college. she is in college because she wanted to go to college for the fist time.  She is also on the eagles golfing team, even the coach is younger than her. She is a talented golfer everyone on the team thinks that to. she is also very nice to her teammates, she has a 4.0 gpa.

 Russia has lately been having a spike in covid cases, 32,000+ cases have been reported day-to-day. 
              
2. Since the pandemic hit, 45 million people have been tested positive for covid-19. In early January 250,000 positive covid cases were reported daily by the American Health Officials.

  1. 65% of Americans want to participate in Halloween. Astonishing! I didn't know so many people would partake in Halloween! And according to estimates, Americans will spend 10.4 billion dollars on Halloween. Wow!
  2. There is a 63 year old college student! (Debbie Blount.) Sixty-three years old! She takes golf classes at Reinhardt University. Even though she is so old, she still tries her hardest in her classes. (did you know she has a 4.0 GPA!) She also encourages her teammates to follow their dreams, and do what they want. She is remarkable. I've learned from Debbie that you can always do what you want to do in life, regardless of how old you are. 
  3. There are on average 250,000 COVID cases per day in the US. I really hope COVID goes away or gets better because it is very devastating and overwhelming for everyone.

Two things I knew already:
  1. Halloween spending will rise. I already knew from the news previously that Halloween spending would rise, but I didn't know it would rise to 10.4 billion! 
  2. The Delta variant. I heard those variants infect more people, kill more people, and spread faster. I hope the situation gets better, because the Delta variant is very bad.

One AHA moment:
  1. A woman in Canada moved her house away on a boat after learning that the homeowners would tear it down. She moved a house ON A BOAT, IN THE SEA, ON THE WATER. (and the house was partially underwater) That isn't something you see every day! (or lifetime.)

Despite my personality to write a lot, I've decided to write a little shorter and sweeter instead of longer and boring. I hope you all enjoy the upcoming Halloween day!
