The ruling seems very strict so there would not be much freedom. But the uniformed society is appealing. The structured writing systems would be a positive aspect since it would improve communication and formality.

The most appealing aspect would be having common script, currency, weights, and measurements across the regions of China. This would made trade much easier between the different towns. The least appealing aspect would be the book burnings and removal of opposing ideas. I would want to be able to say what I want and to be able to study what I want.

The most appealing aspect of the Qin leadership would be the fact that there was opportunities for skilled workers to earn an important role in society opposed to aristocrats gaining automatic privileges. The least appealing was the fact that scholars and philosophers were not allowed to speak out their believes and the emperor was known to burn books.

The most appealing aspect of the Qin dynasty would be the common script. This allowed the people to have a single way of communicating which is key in order to have an ordered society. The least appealing aspect of the Qin dynasty would be the punishments that were put in place to establish order no matter what the costs were. Cruelity should not come in exchange for order. There is a different way to achieve order that being cruel.

If i were a commoner, I would find the centralized bureaucracy most appealing. The reason I find that most appealing is because everyone is given a specific job. No one has to take the time out of their day to do someone else's job. They maintained order that way. The least appealing would be the warring states. The states were constantly fighting while under Qin rule. That is not something I would want to experience or be a part of.

| I would find the boost in agriculture to be most appealing simply because that creates more food for people, it also signifies a strong civilization with good support in terms of food. On the other hand, the burning of books, and silencing of any other form of opinion etcetc is what I would find the least appealing. That kind of totalitarian style is not attractive to me in the slightest, people should be free to hold whatever opinions they want, not necessarily without ridicule, but without fear of being killed. |

The philosophy of legalism would be hard to enjoy, however. It could have possibly led to less crime due to stricter rules, but then again scholars and intellects were persecuted for having differing opinions. It seems similar to some of the stricter laws of Hammurabi's Code, but with way less freedom of expression. There's protection, but you may not be protected if you happen to disagree with your leader.

The most appealing aspect in my opinion is the consistency of standardizing different elements. For example, standardizing laws, currencies, weights and measures as well as having a common script established across the territory lays a comfortable foundation and effective way of communication. The least appealing of Qin's rule would have to be his list of enemies and the fact that he buried scholars alive as well as burning books on philosophy, ethics, history, and literature for potentially having contrary opinions.

The most appealing to me would probably having one script. Writing is often taken for granted, however it's a lot easier to have things written down and communicate like that than just talking in my opinion. Also having the same currencies and weights play into that as well, that makes architecture and things of that nature much more appealing, especially since ideas can be shared much more easily. A negative would definitely be the taxes, I'm aware that taxes were super high, and this caused many farmers to revolt and overthrow the dynasty. High taxes are the most unappealing thing in my opinion.

It would be good to be a commoner and have a unified country that is not in a civil war and that has common laws and languages and currency, because a lot of things would be a lot simpler because of that.

As a commoner, I believe that common script old be the most appealing aspect of Qin rule. Sure, I'm no scholar, but it would be incredibly convenient to be able to travel to the Southernmost borders of China and be confident that I'll be able to communicate with the folks down there; as well as anyone on the Northernmost borders. The least appealing aspect would be legalism. As it has been described, it sounds a lot like an authoritative way of government. As a good, hard working citizen, I can only hope "justice" doesn't screw me over in some way.

Being put into a position in which I deserved based on my skills is the most appealing aspect of Qin rule. While the least appealing aspect is if you had conflicting or different thoughts than what was traditionally conventional during that time. Also, I do not very much care for being sacrificed for someone else's afterlife, if that counts.
