Today is my first day of working day at TT DORF Hotel.
First day of my working was I’m introduce my self with my co-workers and manager over there.
Today is my first day working, so the manager are introduce me to every department of this hotel because I have to rotate all department
For the first day I was just observe and follow up my co-workers to learn about this hotel rules and each department.
So, for the first day I work in front office department as receptionist just helping my senior staff and observed it only.

Today was my second day working 
Sorry madam, 
Due to some internet connection problem I can’t update my yesterday working detail
When work as receptionist they must know how to attend telephone calls to communicate with customers and passing messages to other departments 
So, my senior staff was teaching how to use telephone and learn how to work it.
Then i also practice it.
It was very interesting because talking with customer, they asking so many questions about hotel for example rooms, price, food and others.
So, to attend the call the staff must follow up the hotel properly.

Today was my third day of working.
I’m still in front office department.
It’s was really interesting to learn new things Everyday beside that my senior staff was so good and never fed up to teach.
Start at morning I just observed my senior staff how they handle the customer and practice it.
Today my senior staff teach me how to closing shift 
This was must calculate the amount of hotel at morning shift before leave the hotel.
The amount must be calculate correctly without any error.
This was little bit tricky because the currency must correct with shortage.

Today was my fourth day of working.
Today was morning shift for me 
Firstly, I started to count before my shift currency and noted that and checked it.
Today my senior staff teach me how to doing booking and reservation in computer
Usually some customer will booking by agoda, trivago, by telephone calls, walk in and email also.
So, must learn it carefully because have to book the rooms correctly.
It was difficult lit bit because have to do properly, reason was the price must be put correctly.
So, my senior staff let me to do all the reservations  and bookings.

Today is my fifth day of working at TT DORF hotel.
Today my task is have to do calculation before my duty are over that mean calculate money and record it in a paper and book.
For today I’m just record it in paper and book only and my co worker are calculate the money.
This is for let the another section worker who coming let them know what I done it in my section.
This was most responsible work as a receptionist to the hotel because it’s hotel financial statue so must contribute full attention on it.

Today was my eighth day of working
Today my task was start at receptionist Again,
My senior staff was asked me to do the booking of reservation that she was teach me before this.
*firstly, have to answer the call and ask customer which type of room they want and the available date
*explain them rate of rooms and promotion all
* noted what type of room they want and their phone number and date 
After, noted immediately have to blocked that date of rooms for customer and confirm with them again by called them.

Today my manager rotate me to the housekeeping department, the head of housekeeper give me task to check the housekeeping product and noted how many left, and fill up the quantity in the housekeeping trolly
For example

Today was my last day of working at TT dorf hotel
For today my manager just ask me to cover the front office department only because this was my last day of working at here so she not give me heavy task all.
As usual today I started my working day with calculate the money and noted in paper.
Than, I do booking and print out the invoice paper and do the reservation of the customer.
* i was get great experience working at here 
* get good relationships with my co-workers
* increase communication with customer 
*i also get experience of industry of hotel working life
* I really thank to my manager Joyce Tan for give me the opportunity to working here
